These terms are maintained by Kinneko Corporate Services Company and govern use of the Smart Comsec workspace. They are contractual terms, not legal advice about your own obligations.
Access is limited to staff and authorised users approved by an administrator. Accounts are personal: do not share credentials, and tell us immediately if you suspect an account has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for legitimate company secretarial work. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract data you are not authorised to see, reverse engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You warrant that you have the authority and lawful basis to upload each document, including any third-party personal data it contains, and that doing so does not breach a duty of confidence or the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or approve.
Document extraction is performed by an automated model and is assistive only. Output may be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify every register entry against the source document before relying on it, filing it, or issuing it to a client. Nothing produced by the service is legal, tax or regulatory advice.
The software, interface and templates remain our property. Documents you upload and the registers generated from them remain the property of the relevant client; we claim no ownership over them.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and model provider limits may cause downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on unverified automated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination, data is handled according to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
